The Camossi family has always been a fixture in Franciacorta, dedicated to farming the land, tending the vineyards, and producing wine.
\nToday, now in its third generation, the winery produces approximately 100,000 bottles across various types of Franciacorta, all vinified using the SoloUva Method, which involves secondary fermentation in the bottle (the classic method) without the use of external sugars (cane or beet). Instead, natural grape must, rich in sugars, is used, thus highlighting the full ripeness of the fruit.

\u2605 NAVARRE, OYSTERS L’Antilope 1858<\/strong>
Plump and meaty, these oysters take their name from the steamship that, during the reign of Napoleon Bonaparte, protected the oyster beds in the bay and ran aground during a storm in 1858. Characterized by a subtle savory note, a distinct sweetness, and aromatic hints of nuts, they are a delicacy that embodies all the flavors of the Normandy region.<\/p>\n
