Ristorante Carlina rises inside the Nh Collection Piazza Carlina Hotel in the heart of Turin. Drawn from a XVII Century building in one of the most beautiful city squares, the architecture and the internal courtyard of the hotel maintain their historical decorative structure, while the stylistic choice, the modern furnishings and the prestige materials make it a special, evocative place.

With its characteristic minimalist yet sophisticated design – blending classic and contemporary features – Ristorante Carlina provides a warm and welcoming environment whose fine cuisine aims at offering a selection of typical dishes from the major hotels menus, without neglecting the traditional territorial flavors.

Coordinated by Manager Andrea Chiuni, with Chef Alexander Robles at the helm of its kitchen for a la carte cuisine, Ristorante Carlina allows the Hotel guests to taste a little of Piedmont, while offering an international experience for customers coming from outside. Thus the menu is constructed around the major classics of hotel catering and local cuisine, following the seasons and enjoying the experience and the hand of the chef who signs the signature dishes. The dining room service is also the result of the same ingredients: formalities out of respect and consistency with the austere elegance of the place and pleasantness to make the hotel customer feel ‘at home’
