Ristorante Carlina rises inside the new Nh Collection Piazza Carlina Hotel in the heart of Turin. Drawn from a XVII Century building in one of the most beautiful city squares, the architecture and the internal courtyard of the hotel maintain their historical decorative structure, while the stylistic choice, the modern furnishings and the prestige materials make it a special, evocative place.

With its characteristic minimalist yet sophisticated design – blending classic and contemporary features – Ristorante Carlina provides a warm and welcoming environment whose fine cuisine aims at offering a selection of typical dishes from the major hotels menus, without neglecting the traditional territorial flavors.

Coordinated by Manager Andrea Chiuni, with Chef Vasyl Andrusyshyn at the helm of its kitchen for a la carte cuisine, Ristorante Carlina allows the Hotel guests to taste a little of Piedmont, while offering an international experience for customers coming from outside. Thus the menu is constructed around the major classics of hotel catering and local cuisine, following the seasonal ingredients and enjoying the flavors of the hotel vegetable garden – on the top floor terrace. Under the direction of Valentina Scarlino, the service is defined by the same approach: formal enough to be worthy of its luxury offer, yet pleasant enough for the Hotel guests to feel at home.
