SPACES

A warm and welcoming setting amidst classic and modern, the architecture follows the decorative structure of the historic 17th-century building, while the interiors are characterised by a contemporary and elegant design.

The bar and restaurant rooms unfold among the small outdoor areas on one of the most beautiful squares in Turin and the lemon grove courtyard, passing through the inner portico. Attention to detail, meticulous care, furnishings and art on the walls make the Carlina Restaurant & Bar a unique, charming place with many different spaces to be enjoyed from morning to evening and in an ever-changing way throughout the seasons.

Restaurant

Elegant and minimal, the restaurant’s main dining room is characterised by the large bottle rack that acts as a backdrop, the warm colours of the furnishings, and the works of Carol Rama hanging on the walls. The essential mise en place marks its identity at a glance.

The Executive Chef is Andrea Chiuni, who, together with Chef de cuisine Daniele Santovito for à la carte foodservice, aims at bringing hotel guests closer to Piedmontese cuisine and offering external customers an international experience.

Thus, the menu is organised around the dual beacon of the great classics of hotel food service and local cuisine, following the seasons and enriching itself with the experience of the chef who designs the signature dishes.

Bar

Bright during the day and cosy in the evening. The heart of the café is the central room with the cedar wood counter. The blue corner room is the most intimate, with its low tables and velvet sofas. The walls host, in turn, contemporary works of art, thanks to the setting up of temporary project rooms. The flowers, which are always fresh, complete an area designed to be comfortable and relaxing.

The menu ranges from the daytime coffee bar with croissants and homemade savoury options to tea with samovar and small pastries, aperitifs, and after-dinner drinks. Throughout the day, it is possible to order toasted sandwiches, club sandwiches, bagels, and other “light” options from the coffee bar, plus a selection of dishes available 24 hours a day and the entire restaurant menu during its opening hours.

The cocktail bar menu is curated by Head Bartender Carlotta Truffo and includes international classics, signature drinks and a special section dedicated to non-alcoholic cocktails, designed as real mixes studied in detail. Distilled spirits, bitters, vermouth, fine Italian and imported spirits, and specially designed after-dinner cocktails complete the selection of a special area to be enjoyed at any time of the day.

Terrace

The Mole Antonelliana is on one side, and the mountains are on the other. The Terrace on the fourth floor of the hotel is made up of two areas, one on the left wing and one on the right wing of the building. The cultivations of aromatic herbs used in the restaurant’s kitchen characterise its aromas, and rarely can the noises of the city be heard there.

A unique venue to hold intimate and special private events.

CORTE DEI LIMONI

A courtyard hidden in the centre of the city where it’s easy to feel like you’re somewhere else.
The Lemon Grove Courtyard comes alive during the summer with the opening of an internal bar. It is an ideal place for a glass of wine or a drink away from the frenzy and stress, but also for breakfast, lunch, dinner, or a small private event.
