A series of platinum prints that German photographer and printer Jan C. Schlegel had dedicated to Brutalist architecture. A selection of buildings that are not merely structures but silent, monumental presences.

SILENT GIANTS
PROJECT ROOM
in collaboration with WILLAS Contemporary – Stockholm
Far from being mere documentation, this project room explores the shift in perception that arises from prolonged observation. What initially appears to be nothing but concrete gradually reveals a human quality: rhythm, tension, stillness. Many of these structures were conceived with utopian ambition. Today, some appear abandoned or misunderstood, yet their concrete forms still bear traces of human ambition, failure, resilience, and memory.
‣ Open to visitors starting September 17
Sala Carlina
Carlina Restaurant & Bar | NH Collection Torino Piazza Carlina
Each work is a hand-crafted platinum print, prized for its rich depth, subtle tonal range, and durability. The works are available as limited-edition prints in two sizes (56 × 76 cm and 40 × 50 cm) and as a complete set of 19 platinum prints in a handcrafted portfolio.
